To support the chapter, become a member, shop in our Audubon store, donate to our operation/activities/projects, serve as a volunteer.
Every penny that Francis M. Weston Audubon Society (FMWAS) raises from your generous donations and our Audubon Store goes 100% to chapter operations and to ensure our regional bird habitats and populations are preserved and expanded.
FMWAS needs funds to continue our never-ending battle for our birds and their habitats…and our overall environment. Your continued support, participation, and generosity are essential.
BECOME A MEMBER – When you join you will become a member of the National Audubon Society and Audubon Florida as well as the Francis M. Weston Audubon Society (FMWAS) chapter. SHOP IN OUR STORE – Tee shirts, patches, and coming soon: car magnets! Go to https://new.fmwaudubon.org/support/store/
DONATE – FMWAS only seeks donations twice a year:
1.) Once, when we ask you to support the purchase of Audubon Adventures kit supplies, including teaching materials and colorful magazines for grades 3-5 in Escambia County and Santa Rosa County classrooms, homeschool groups, and the Roy Hyatt Environmental Center. These kit supplies are sent at no charge to students, parents, or teachers by our local chapter. To learn more about Audubon Adventures, go to the navigation tab Education, sub-tab Audubon Adventures. https://new.fmwaudubon.org/education/audubon-adventures/
2.) The second is our Annual Solicitation to friends, businesses, and members to support operations and projects. One major project is working with Pensacola’s Tanyard Community and the City of Pensacola to establish a natural area at Bruce Beach with native trees and plants creating ideal, natural habitats to offer shelter, protection, and food for our Florida native and migratory birds. To learn more about the Bruce Beach project link to the navigation tab Plants for Birds, sub-tab Bruce Beach Project.
To read the Annual Solicitation Letter, go to https://new.fmwaudubon.org/donate/.
Every single donation…great or modest…. matters to help save our Gulf Coastal lowlands birds and habitats! FMWAS needs funds to continue our never-ending battle for our birds and their habitats…and our overall environment. Your continued support, participation, and generosity are essential.
You may donate online using the Donate button on the Welcome page and you can use PayPal or a credit card. You can send us a check to our Chapter address, or you can give us cash…the birds will thank you.
VOLUNTEER – Support our chapter by volunteering. https://new.fmwaudubon.org/volunteer/ Everybody at FMWAS is a volunteer!
