We have several opportunities for our members to volunteer.

• Speakers Bureau: You can help by giving a presentation about birds to different organizations.
• Bird walks: You can lead a bird walk. The field trip chairman will give you specific instructions on how to guide a bird walk.
• Christmas Bird Count: You can be part of a team and help count birds on a particular day in December.
• Bruce Beach Workdays: Come out and help maintain the native plants and trees.

You can also volunteer to help manage a booth for different events throughout the year, volunteers can talk about birds and our organization to the general public. They may also include children’s activities when appropriate.

• Wildlife Sanctuary of Northwest Florida
• Others as opportunities arise
